Board Meeting - 1st Tuesday of every month
The Board meetings are held at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is located at Carle Place and Old Country Road. The meetings start at 6:30 PM. Phone number 516-997-5000. The dates are: January - 4th; February 1st; March 1st; April 5th; May 3rd; June 7th; July 5th; August 2nd; September 6th; October 4th; November 1st; and December 6th.

General Membership Meeting - 3rd Tuesday of every month
The General Membership meeting are held at Piccolo Pizzeria & Restaurant. Piccolo Pizzeria & Restaurant is located at 180 Glen Cove Rd., Carle Place NY 11514. The phone number is 516-742-7223. It's a sit down dinner for $20pp starting at 6pm. (NOTE: April 's meeting is 4/26, which is the last Tuesday. )
